Surety Associate Account Manager

This position is responsible for supporting account managers and account executives with commercial bond processing. Support day-to-day service of Account Manager and Account Executive.
Requirements
- Maintain effective relationships with clients and co-workers. Ability to work in a team environment.
- Seeks to obtain knowledge and training with regard to Epic, bond workflows and procedures and Surety online systems.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to fill in for co-workers who are out of the office with regard to their commercial bond servicing.
- Follows a well-established set of activities.
- Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure effective, timely, and efficient service delivery.
- Works to achieve stated objectives and delivers results at the direction of a lead service member.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and other MS Office products
- HS Diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in Surety not required
Responsibilities
- Support the daily management of a book of business comprised of clients with commercial bonds.
- Process agency bill and direct bill renewals 60-90 days in advance (majority will be direct bill).
- Maintain data with high level of accuracy within agency management systems, specifically Epic.
- Transact agency bill invoices and produce bond cover letters for agency bill renewals.
- Adherence to workflows and professional standards.
- Gain access to and utilize Surety online systems that allow electronic bond approval and issuance.
