The Nutrition Kitchen Ancil department is seeking a Food Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient functioning, and maintain quality standards. This role involves supervising staff, managing food and supply availability, and ensuring the production and distribution of high-quality meals for patients, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrates mastery of FDA and or USDA regulations in practical applications of a difficult nature.
  • Demonstrates ability to realistically anticipate resource needs, identify discrete tasks, set priorities, define dependencies, schedule activities, meet deadlines, and organize work within areas of direct responsibility.
  • Conducts performance reviews.
