Under the general supervision of Brown University Health Supply Chain Logistics Managers and Leadership, the Supply Chain Logistics Supervisor is accountable for the day-to-day operations for assigned departments. This includes the supervision of direct reports for areas of accountability. The supervisor will be responsible for employee individual performance, act as a conduit for communication between their team and upper management, manage the workflow of their department and execute projects as required. Supervisor will alsoparticipate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, process improvements as assigned.
