About The Position

This role ensures that temple ordinances are kept pure, recorded accurately, and made available to worthy Church members by providing an environment where patrons may have a positive and uplifting experience each time they come to the temple. The position also involves maintaining and operating temples at standards established by the First Presidency. Additionally, the role protects and secures the sacred and temporal aspects of the temple and other buildings, including the structure, grounds, and ancillary structures. This is achieved by supervising, training, and scheduling security personnel, and by using appropriate electronic alarms and surveillance equipment to protect temple employees, patrons, and visitors.
