About The Position

Supervises shift activities for Respiratory Care, including resourcing, monitoring, scheduling, educating, developing, and disciplining personnel while optimizing the appropriateness of respiratory care procedures. Provides quality clinical care throughout the hospital.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences.
• Two years of progressive work experience in respiratory care.
• Maintain the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Maintain current licensure as a Respiratory Care Professional in the state of Georgia.
• Current BLS, ACLS (ALS may be used in place of ACLS), NRP, and PALS certifications are required upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences.
• Prior supervisory experience.
