Primary responsibility includes supervision of patient services staff to ensure the efficient daily operation of patient and cafe food services. Oversees staff training, development, coaching, education, and discipline. Responsible for sanitation standards and requirements. Supervises assigned area quality, timeliness, staffing issues, facilitate in-service/meetings, and special projects assigned by manager. Responsible for performance improvement for room service, including recovery. Ensures ongoing regulatory readiness of the staff and service. Oversees inventory, supplies, stocking. Ensures food service areas are maintained, clean, orderly, and consistent.
