Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of personnel at either a large site or multiple small sites to ensure the timely, accurate, and quality delivery of customer goods and service. This role involves monitoring backorder reports and production scheduling, coordinating resources to minimize backorders, and ensuring the overall quality of delivered items. The position requires creating inventory transfers and production orders to meet established schedules and service levels, generating all necessary paperwork, completing required functions, and electronically receiving finished goods while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory functions. The supervisor will ensure customer needs and expectations are met by maintaining product quality, appropriate inventory levels, and positive staff interactions. Responsibilities include conducting site audits, performing annual physical inventories, and regularly interacting with management, sales, and customers on functional matters. Additionally, the role involves travel to new site locations within the region to train staff, establish procedures, and evaluate customer needs. Management responsibilities include overseeing daily activities and outcomes of a group of employees, hiring staff, recommending pay increases, conducting performance reviews, training and development, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, and interpreting/ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
