About The Position

Supervises the daily activities of all cleaning and linen staff at facilities.

Requirements

• Reading and numerical competency.
• At least one (1) year experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Valid drivers license.
• Requires good interpersonal and supervisory skills with the ability to teach/train both one-on-one and in large group settings.
• Must be highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and quality oriented with a high attention to detail.
• Must possess strong customer service and time management skills.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Follows Just Culture principles to ensure just assessment of individual acts.
• Creates a safety-conscious work environment where employees feel free to raise safety concerns without intimidation, harassment, discrimination, or fear of retaliation.
