About The Position

Valley Behavioral Health in Phoenix, AZ is currently seeking a Plant Operations Supervisor to join our team! The Supervisor of Plant Operations will assist the Director of Plant operations with managing and organizing the operations of the facility. The supervisor will service as a back-up in the absence of the Director of Plant Operations. The supervisor of plant operations will assist in purchasing supplies, ordering, receiving, maintenance, security while maintaining compliance with all applicable codes, standards of government and regulatory agencies. This position also serves as the back-up facility's Safety Officer and serves on the Environment of Care and Emergency Management Sub-Committee as needed. The Supervisor of Plant Operations will be responsible for providing computer, information technology, telecommunications and data processing services to the facility.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school graduate.
  • Two (2) years of experience in facilities maintenance or related field preferred.
  • Experience and understanding of Life Safety Codes and OSHA regulations.
  • Experience in supply chain management, payroll, accounts payable, and other accounting duties (reconciliation, petty cash reconciliation, accounting report preparation, etc.).
  • Knowledge of computers and business software application programs in a health care business environment.
  • HVAC experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • May be required to work flexible hours.
  • May be required to work overtime.
