About The Position

Supports match day readiness by assisting with stadium preparation and overseeing concession locations during events. Manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
Minimum of one year leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Stock coolers and rotate product in a timely and organized manner.
Clean stands and assists with other sanitation-related duties.
Assist with other tasks as needed to help prepare for match day.
Act as primary contact for multiple food and beverage outlet locations.
Work with event day team members to ensure safe alcohol service policies, food safety and sanitation guidelines, and operational best practices are being followed.
Greet, direct, and respond to guest’s questions and needs.
Ensure proper product control and handling of inventory and use of equipment.
Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
