This position involves highly responsible and confidential legal work for Hon. K. Christopher Jayaram, Justice of the Kansas Supreme Court. A research attorney reviews the briefs and underlying case record, researches questions of law presented, prepares prehearing memoranda based on the facts of the case and applicable law, aids the judge in his decision-making, and performs other tasks as assigned by the judge. This position is currently open and may consider recent graduates. It is for a 1-year term with the possibility of an extension.
