The position involves conducting assessments, developing action plans, providing life skills development, offering targeted interventions for clients at risk of eviction, connecting clients to medical and mental health services, and guiding clients through various application processes for social services. The role also includes occasional home visits, enlisting property management support, tracking outcomes, attending meetings, and representing Compass in the community. The ability to use assigned technology in the community is essential.
