The primary responsibility of the Supportive Employment and Training (SET) Facilitator is to provide a wide range of direct individualized services to clients in our educational programs including intake and assessment, literacy and numeracy training, and computer literacy training. Additional responsibilities would be to explore new resources in response to emerging client needs and to facilitate client-centered workshops. This position primarily works at the Ottawa-Carleton Detention Centre and at our outreach sites and is under the direct supervision of the Manager of Employment and Training Services.
