About The Position

Will provide community leadership toward the recruitment, education and employment opportunities for clients. Identifies barriers to employment, refers clients to other support agencies, and assist clients/consumers with job readiness skills, job search strategies and interview preparation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year experience providing educational, social, or direct care services to persons with diagnosed special needs or other populations; or associate degree in business management or behavioral sciences.
• Ability to observe and monitor consumers’ behavior.
• Ability to participate in supportive guidance.
• Ability to provide documentation of activities.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Proficient in the use of computers.
