About The Position
Job Coaches work to support a positive, healthy, and safe work environment for all individuals by advocating for individuals seeking employment. Job Coaches work at developing job seeking skills with individuals. They act as a liaison between employer and employee (Individual), provide support to learn/re-learn job tasks, and complete any and all necessary paperwork.
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
- GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Support a positive, healthy, and safe work environment for all individuals by advocating for individuals seeking employment.
- Develop job seeking skills with individuals.
- Act as a liaison between employer and employee (Individual).
- Provide support to learn/re-learn job tasks.
- Complete any and all necessary paperwork.
