About The Position

Sobell Lodge is a specialist care facility providing support for adults with physical disabilities, complex needs, and sensory impairments, including those who are blind or non-verbal. Nestled in a quiet village in Kent, Sobell Lodge offers a peaceful environment with access to local shops. The serene surroundings provide a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, away from busy city life. Leonard Cheshire has been supporting disabled people for over 75 years, aiming to create welcoming, safe, and empowering spaces that feel like home, giving people real choice and control over their lives. They provide specialist support across residential care, supported living, and respite services for people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities.

Requirements

Warm, friendly, and empathetic approach
Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends
Good communication and teamwork skills
A genuine desire to help others and make a difference
Must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK at the time of application.
