About The Position
Two ladies who share their home are looking for a supportive, caring and skilled individual, who will support them in working towards their personal goals, be active in their home and community, and be a positive role model for them. The successful candidate will be required to be physically able to support the ladies with transferring and providing their day to day required needs.
Requirements
- Physically able to support the ladies with transferring.
- Physically able to provide day to day required needs for the ladies.
Nice To Haves
- Positive Behavior Support training is an asset.
- NVCI training is an asset.
- Experience supporting individuals who have alternative methods of communication is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals in working towards their personal goals.
- Support individuals to be active in their home and community.
- Be a positive role model for individuals.
- Support ladies with transferring.
- Provide day to day required needs for the ladies.
