About The Position

We are seeking 2 x Female Support Workers for our Supported Living Service in Southport, PR8, to support a new resident. The role involves Waking Nights shifts from 8pm to 8am, totaling 36 hours per week. This is an opportunity to work with one of the UK's largest health and social care charities, known for its pioneering person-centred care approach. The charity offers a supportive environment, ongoing training, career progression, and various benefits. The individual being supported is a 46-year-old lady with a learning disability, autism, and some mental health challenges, who requires support with personal care, medication administration, household tasks, and daily organization. She enjoys Harry Potter, drawing, coloring, Disney films, and needs a lot of stimulation. Staff should be trained in medication administration and familiar with the Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) approach. Female staff who are friendly, approachable, trustworthy, flexible, adaptable, and skilled are required.

Requirements

  • Female staff required
