About The Position

This role involves supporting the Comfort Bath production lines and equipment. The technician will be responsible for setting up, operating, cleaning, and sanitizing production lines and equipment. This includes disassembling and reassembling equipment for cleaning and maintenance, performing manual parts washing, and operating COP equipment. The technician will also complete RFS cleaning and sanitization, perform production line setups and changeovers, and troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic equipment issues. Collaboration with production, engineering, and other teams is expected to support cleaning validations, productivity, and equipment effectiveness. The position follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and applicable safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of manufacturing experience

Nice To Haves

Experience with Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) procedures
Familiarity with simple hand tools

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize Comfort Bath production lines and equipment.
Disassemble and reassemble production equipment as needed for cleaning and maintenance.
Perform manual parts washing and operate COP equipment following established cleaning protocols.
Complete RFS cleaning and sanitization of production lines and equipment.
Perform production line setups and changeovers efficiently and safely.
Troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic equipment issues and assist technicians with repairs.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to support cleaning validations, productivity, and equipment effectiveness.
