About The Position

Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for configuring, installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and documenting computer software, hardware and peripherals supporting TSG and TSG Customers. This role is assigned work primarily through ConnectWise ticketing system, to best keep track of client needs and services. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Computer TIA Certifications or an equivalent combination of education and certifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the configuration, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of computer products, equipment, and software.
  • Coordinate the training of facility managers on some aspects of the systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and repair product failures, orders, and replace parts as needed.
  • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Including, but not limited to: Desktop and Server Management, Printer installation, configuration, management, repair, and software deployment and configuration.
  • Manage the process of account creation, deletion, and alterations like name change due to marriage or divorce.
  • Create and set guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • All other duties as assigned.
