Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Help Desk or IT Support experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe productivity suites, email systems, and ticketing software.
  • High degree of accuracy and organization in documentation and recordkeeping.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and remote desktop tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to Help Desk calls, emails, and tickets, ensuring each request is accurately logged and categorized
  • Maintain precise and thorough documentation of all support activities, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow-ups, within the ticketing system.
  • Provide user guidance and training on IT systems, tools, and best practices to reduce preventable support issues.
  • Work closely with senior technicians, system administrators, and other IT team members to identify recurring issues and process gaps.
