About The Position
St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Support Tech for the Surgery unit located at our Florence, Kentucky location. This role provides direct and indirect patient care to support the Surgery unit as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN). Support responsibilities may include facilitation of patient safety and environmental support activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors, and other employees regardless of cultural background.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Proficient literacy.
- BLS Certification.
- Successful work employment history.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care to support Surgery unit as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN).
- Facilitate patient safety and environmental support activities.
