About The Position

Quality AI is looking for an Logistics Specialist for a project with a major technology company. This role is responsible for supporting client projects, managing and coordinating projects that deal with VR/MR and wearable devices, and managing the hardware library program available for employees to use across client offices. The specialist will also support managers with coordinating project logistics for the project team, including engaging vendors who provide products and services to support team operations. Device preparation and support are also key responsibilities, with expectations to handle prototype devices, some released in market devices, and others in early stages of development.

Requirements

Experience supporting client projects.
Experience managing and coordinating projects involving VR/MR and wearable devices.
Experience managing a hardware library program.
Experience supporting managers with project logistics.
Experience engaging vendors.
Experience with device preparation and support.
Experience handling prototype devices, released devices, and early-stage development devices.
