About The Position

This position is for a Support Team Member in the Support – Afternoon Shift, working Monday – Thursday from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM. There will be a 90-day training period on the Day Shift, Monday-Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours, to include different shifts and weekends

  • In-depth knowledge of EWM/DView/SAP, or the demonstrated ability to learn the system(s)
  • Dedication to learning lean concepts and applying them in the work environment

Nice To Haves

  • At least two years progressive warehouse experience
  • Excellent attendance record

Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly cycle counts and other inventory counts
  • Identify parts for PARs and dealer calls
  • Resolve problems and provide assistance to the receiving team
  • Perform analysis on and resolve location availability issues
  • Pick and put-away replenishment to support the shipping teams
  • Pick and ship vendor returns and scrap orders
  • Provide information for procedural changes, safety concerns, or needs to Shift Supervisor
  • Accept calls and resolve customer issues
  • Operate material handling equipment
