The Support Team Member will be responsible for various tasks within the support department, focusing on inventory management, customer issue resolution, and operational assistance. This role involves performing cycle counts, identifying parts for specific requests, resolving availability issues, and supporting shipping teams. The position also requires accepting customer calls and resolving their issues, operating material handling equipment, and contributing to procedural changes and safety concerns. A 90-day training period will be conducted on the Day Shift (Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4pm) for the selected candidate.
