This role is responsible for providing friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and locating products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the company's Brand Promises. The position also involves engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on VOC surveys, and supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Team members will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes, as well as merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the return/go-back process. Additionally, they will perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, support shrink and safety programs, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. The role requires interacting positively and respectfully with others, promoting the organization's vision and values, and serving as a role model. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production is also part of the role, along with other assigned duties.
