About The Position

Utilize your unique skills to create a classroom culture. Responsible for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children. Observes all rules and regulations at Primrose school of west Allen and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children. Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them. Requirements

Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred
Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children

Responsibilities

Help children explore the world, improve their motor skills and grow their vocabulary.
Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.
Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
