About The Position
Three roommates are looking for someone who will enjoy sharing time with them, exploring new and exciting activities in the community, or supporting existing activities. One lady is very outgoing and loves being out and about, while the other lady loves anything to do in the sunshine and being outdoors. Both ladies have very strong family ties and enjoy activities that support this. The gentleman who lives in the home uses a wheelchair to get around. He enjoys spending time with other gentlemen, maybe going to a pub, watching a movie, and doing 'guy' things. The support staff member will assist all three people with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and deliver additional support as needed to promote their well-being and independence.
Requirements
- Lifting, Transferring / Personal / Physical Support are Required.
