About The Position
RockCreek Seafood & Spirits in Kirkland is currently seeking talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individuals to join our team part time for a seasonal position. This is a seasonal position, expected to range from Spring through mid-September, with the potential to convert to part-time variable hour employment. The ideal candidate will be a motivated hospitality professional who is organized, friendly, and passionate about food and beverage, striving to provide selfless hospitality. They will have amazing attention to detail, work well as part of a team, and under pressure. The busser/support staff will be an integral part of our service team, setting the stage for a memorable meal. We are looking for dedicated individuals who truly enjoy the service industry.
Requirements
- Available to work day time, evenings and weekends.
- Experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
- Ability to learn and retain information quickly.
- Intellectual curiosity.
- Understands service standards and attention to detail.
- Clean work habits and personal grooming.
- Resourceful and well organized.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintains knowledge of recipes, steps of service, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with co-workers.
- Self-motivated and punctual.
- A desire to grow and take constructive feedback.
