Requirements
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Must be flexible, positive, a team player, work unsupervised and happy to work in variable weather conditions.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with area setup and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
- Supporting Lift Operations and ensuring efficient guest flow.
- Managing rental equipment and facilitating the fitting of ski and snowboard equipment to children aged between 3 & 14.
- Lesson and ticket sales.
- Supervising children in a safe and engaging manner.
- Providing direct support to instructors during lessons and other activities.
