About The Position

The Support Specialist plays a key role in delivering responsive, high-quality service to patients, medical professionals, team members, and partners. This role manages and responds to incoming support tickets in HubSpot, ensuring timely and professional resolution of inquiries. The Support Specialist also monitors a shared inbox, handles inbound and outbound support calls, and troubleshoots login issues for web and mobile-based applications. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare support environment. Nsight Health is an AI-first organization. Every member of our leadership and operations team is expected to actively use AI tools in their day-to-day work - not as a novelty, but as a core productivity multiplier. This role requires genuine curiosity about AI, comfort experimenting with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms, and the judgment to know when AI helps and when it doesn't. If AI makes you uncomfortable, this is not the right role.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Experience with Monday.com
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM/ticketing software
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Self-driven and proactive approach to work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort using AI tools to support daily workflow and communication

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or medical billing experience
  • Experience with EHR/EMR platforms
  • Experience with Confluence

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to incoming support tickets in HubSpot, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Monitor a shared inbox and correspond promptly and professionally with patients, medical professionals, team members, and partners
  • Handle inbound and outbound support calls, resolving concerns in real time
  • Troubleshoot login issues for web and mobile-based applications, guiding users to resolution
  • Maintain and create new items in the company knowledge base to keep resources current
  • Create and manage patient tasks within RPM/CCM software to support care coordination
  • Take on additional projects and duties as assigned
