About The Position

We are helping our client find reliable Support Specialists to join its team to ensure the smooth operation and readiness of a cutting-edge vehicle fleet. In this role, you’ll support vehicle dispatch, fleet maintenance, and on-road safety, working closely with engineers and operators to keep daily operations running seamlessly. The ideal candidate is a responsible, detail-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on technical work, thrives in dynamic environments, and communicates clearly with both operators and engineers. Available Shifts (6-day work week): First shift: Monday-Saturday, 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM Second shift: Tuesday-Sunday, 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Requirements

Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years
Experience driving various vehicle types and confident road-navigation skills
Proficiency with computers and standard software
Excellent communication skills for working with engineers and operators
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on different road types
High level of responsibility and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Manage vehicle dispatch and return, ensuring each vehicle is ready for operation.
Perform vehicle startup and shutdown procedures.
Provide rapid online and on-site support to safety operators.
Oversee fleet charging to maintain uninterrupted availability.
Track and confirm timely log uploads.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine in-house service tasks.
Complete minor technical and repair work to keep the fleet operational.
Serve as first responder for incidents and on-road support needs.
