About The Position
We are helping our client find reliable Support Specialists to join its team to ensure the smooth operation and readiness of a cutting-edge vehicle fleet. In this role, you’ll support vehicle dispatch, fleet maintenance, and on-road safety, working closely with engineers and operators to keep daily operations running seamlessly. The ideal candidate is a responsible, detail-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on technical work, thrives in dynamic environments, and communicates clearly with both operators and engineers.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years
- Experience driving various vehicle types and confident road-navigation skills
- Proficiency with computers and standard software
- Excellent communication skills for working with engineers and operators
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on different road types
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle dispatch and return, ensuring each vehicle is ready for operation.
- Perform vehicle startup and shutdown procedures.
- Provide rapid online and on-site support to safety operators.
- Oversee fleet charging to maintain uninterrupted availability.
- Track and confirm timely log uploads.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine in-house service tasks.
- Complete minor technical and repair work to keep the fleet operational.
- Serve as first responder for incidents and on-road support needs.
