Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Required
1-3 years clerical or administrative experience Required
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Telephone and computer and system skills.
Organization and communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate professional work behavior by following guidelines established by policies and procedures.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and with others.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems within limits of established policies, procedures, or instructions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of word processing and data entry systems.
Proficient in the Learning Management System, Cornerstone
Proficient in Sharepoint.

Responsibilities

Accurately inputs data into databases and identifies errors promptly.
Answers Department phone lines in a timely, courteous manner and routes calls appropriately or takes accurate messages
Maintains records and files which supports database.
Processes requests for records and files
Prepares invoices as needed.
