We are seeking a Support Solutions Student in Edmonton, Alberta, that is available for 4 or 8 months starting in September 8, 2026. As an Support Solutions Student you will contribute to our team by:

Responsibilities

  • Resolves process related system support issues.
  • Logs and respond to technology related issues and requests.
  • Works with various support teams to effectively resolve incidents and problems
  • Provides advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Consults user guides, technical manual and other sources to research and implement solutions.
  • Maintains support procedures and processes.
  • Communicates known errors and issues to users.
