As a Support Services Specialist, you will act as the Support Expert for all Registered and Non-registered products. You will provide product/service recommendations and advice to Wealth Advisors, act as an expert resource for training branch Staff and Managers on all investments products, and participate in special projects as required. You will provide expert advice, documentation support, and accurate processing according to FSCO and OSFI legislation for Wealth advisors. Additionally, you will provide advice, documentation support, and accurate processing for specialty registered withdrawal types such as homebuyers, transfer outs, marriage breakdown, and bankruptcy monitoring. You will manage, review, and request discretionary approvals from DM’s and WM. A key responsibility includes the daily verification of account transactions completed by Staff for accuracy and completeness. You will also advise and perform error corrections for Branch Staff, and advise Managers if frequent issues are identified. You will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and administration of all Registered products files, and process registered transactions administered by back office. You will oversee and triage support requests through the Support Services ticket system and be responsible for the maintenance, support, and administration of Class A and B Shares.
