Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS, and hand-delivered items)
  • Prepare and process outgoing mail with accuracy and timeliness
  • Track packages and notify recipients promptly
  • Digitize incoming documents and manage electronic processing
  • Assist with scanning, copying, and organizing legal documents
  • Support preparation of exhibits and supplemental materials
  • Complete pickups and deliveries for attorneys and staff
  • Deliver documents to courthouses, vendors, and internal teams
  • Act as a runner when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked mailroom
  • Ensure compliance with document handling and confidentiality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of mailroom activity
  • Provide responsive, professional support to attorneys and staff
  • Resolve mail and delivery-related questions efficiently
