About The Position
This is a Full Time position at NEUROLOGICAL ASSOCIATES OF TUCSON PC in TUCSON, AZ 85718. The role involves handling prior authorization requests, providing coverage for the Call Center and Medical Records as needed, and assisting with various projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical practice in preferably in varied positions such as prior authorization, medical records and/or call center
- Understanding of insurance plans
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective internal and external working relationships
- Skill in verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Pleasant and professional
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete delegated tasks
- Compassionate and caring in dealing with others
