This position is responsible for admission, assessments and orientation, carrying a caseload, and group facilitation. This position also includes some responsibility in assisting the Reintegration Manager with oversight of day-to-day responsibilities. The role involves managing service programming, assisting with staff development, overseeing case records, facilitating groups, documenting progress, meeting with residents, coordinating services with external providers, and managing educational/vocational skill development. The position also handles admissions, orientations, screenings, crisis response, data input, and medication policies. On-call and 24-hour coverage may be required. The role emphasizes Trauma-Informed Care and compliance with regulations like 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, Medicaid, and HUD.
