About The Position

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Support Services Associate to provide staffing for the hospitality and support services departments at Atlantic Health Newton Medical Center. These areas and functions include, but are not limited to: Food Services Transport, General Housekeeper, and Patient Transport.

Requirements

Per Diem

Responsibilities

Deliver/Serve patient meals
Responsible for sanitation and regulatory compliance
General cleaning, empty trash, high/low dusting, mop floors, sanitize all furniture in patient rooms, clean commode, clean bathrooms and discard debris, remove soiled linen and replace with fresh linen in patient rooms
Assists patient in walking to prevent accidents by falling, or transports non-ambulatory patient, using wheelchair
Guides or escorts incoming patients to designated area
Duties as assigned/needed
