About The Position

Waters Corporation is currently seeking a Support Programmer to join our Clinical LIMS team based in Golden, Colorado. Our work has real-world impact. Our market-leading Clinical LIMS platform, OMNI-Lab, is used globally to support newborn screening programs in hospitals, helping detect life-threatening conditions early and improve outcomes for infants around the world. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of experience building and supporting complex, large-scale applications
Experience working in a customer-facing or support-focused role
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in clinical laboratory environments (e.g., newborn screening, microbiology)
Familiarity with Intersystems Ensemble/IRIS
Hands-on experience with modern web technologies (Angular, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Intersystems/cache, SQL)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers, logging issues and ensuring timely resolution
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions
Collaborate with engineers, product specialists, and global teams to deliver new features
Participate in technical design discussions and contribute innovative ideas
Support end-to-end feature development, from concept through deployment
Help maintain the performance, stability, and integrity of our Clinical LIMS platform
Escalate and coordinate customer issues with the appropriate teams as needed
Ensure software quality through rigorous testing and code reviews
