About The Position

Boeing Global Services is seeking an Entry-Level Support Integration Specialist to support Government Training Systems for the P-8, F-15, T-7, Apache, and/or other programs, based in Hazelwood, MO. These training systems are high-end flight simulators. Support Integration Specialist activities will include providing data development for flight simulators, maintenance simulators, and their subassemblies. As well as assisting in development of logistical support program plans and schedules. You will validate standard deliverables and support trade studies for the program(s). In addition, the Logistics Support Integration Specialist researches, documents and provides technical information for the program(s). Supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products and engineering data.

Requirements

  • Experience with data analysis
  • Experience working in a team environment and communicating clearly with both internal and external customers
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel data analysis to include pivot tables and charts
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Responsibilities

  • Estimate, plan and execute the logistics work statement
  • Monitors support engineering data development (provisioning)
  • Support customer’s spare hardware requirements
  • Maintain documentation per the Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs)
  • Assist with hardware obsolescence
  • Provide support with the Return of Repairable (ROR) process
  • Interface with internal and external customers
  • Support with operational procedures for spares management, inventory, ROR requirements, etc
  • Establish support requirements and definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans
  • Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities and research and development efforts
  • Support with process development and coordinate activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current
  • Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact
