What you’ll do Updating support plans with your customers and coordinating our lead Support Coordinator. Working with people aged 18+ who may of experienced homelessness Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able. Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews. Cuppas, chats and catch ups. There’s no rushing from one customer to the next here!
