Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Maximum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Tech-savvy individual with strong communication skills and a pleasant, collaborative demeanor
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical and functional support to end users
- Assist with troubleshooting, documentation, and issue resolution
