About The Position

FlowHive Solutions is seeking a highly skilled WMS Support Consultant to join our team in Louisville, KY, USA. As a WMS Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for warehouse management systems (WMS) to our clients. This is a full-time onsite position with a minimum of 5 years of experience in WMS support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in WMS support
  • Experience with platforms like Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Korber, Infor, or SAP
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex WMS issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations and processes
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for warehouse management systems (WMS) to clients
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions using platforms like Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Korber, Infor, or SAP
  • Monitor and maintain WMS systems to ensure optimal performance and identify and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Train and educate clients on the use of WMS systems and provide ongoing support and guidance
  • Develop and maintain documentation for WMS systems and processes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new WMS features and upgrades
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in WMS technology to provide the best solutions to clients
  • Participate in meetings and discussions with clients to gather requirements and provide recommendations for WMS improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of client information.
