About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Organize billing packets, put in the envelopes and address them using the pre-printed mailing labels or handwriting
• Sort mail by size and run it through the postage meter machine.
• Perform basic maintenance of the postage meter and notify management of insufficient funds.
• Scan billing packets using the scanning equipment. Ensure all the documents are successfully scanned into the system
• Scan other daily work as need
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
