About The Position

PCI is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Client Support Associate who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to support customers in a dynamic environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients through each step of their account journey – providing clear guidance, resolving questions, and ensuring a positive experience. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a call center or high-volume support environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, phone applications, and electronic credit submissions.
  • Verify client identities and clearly explains financing terms to build trust and understanding.
  • Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers navigating application and contract issues.
  • Deliver exceptional service by resolving account questions, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally.
  • Review and confirm loan and contract details to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
