Perform activities relating to designing, building, testing, implementing and maintaining HR applications and processes. Provide HR teams and business personnel with technology solutions by weighing advantages of technology standards, market availability of products, risks and benefits of technology to meet business/HR needs. The role will be centered on the development and improvement of new and existing features. The role encompasses design, implementation, and testing to ensure building products right and release them with high quality. Note: This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). This role is open to our corporate offices in Chicago, IL - Philadelphia, PA - Newark, DE - Baltimore, MD or Washington DC. No relocation is available. You must be able to commute within our service area to be considered.
