About The Position
CHENEGA HEALTHCARE SERVICES, LLC is seeking a Supply Technician to provide supply management services. This role involves inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and lifecycle management. The position is contingent upon bid award.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow oral and written directions.
- Experience in performing aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, lifecycle management, issue, receipt, etc.)

- Knowledge in documentation administration, technical writing, and operational evaluation testing.
Responsibilities
- Assist and provide support in logistics areas such as warehouse organization, work order management, and agency deliveries and schedules.
- Receive, store, issue, and distribute equipment, materials, supplies, and merchandise, and compile stock records.
- Verify materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and damages.
- Perform warehousing duties, including verifying materials against receiving documents, routing materials to storage locations, storing materials according to methods, conducting physical inventory, examining stored materials for deterioration or damage, and preparing materials for shipment.
- Assist with automating manual accountability processes, including item description identification, cataloging data entry, processing inventory documents, and performing maintenance and administrative adjustment transactions in the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
- Maintain inventory and other records, both manually and electronically, and store work-related documents on the share drive.
- Provide program or property management support, including administrative and scheduling responsibilities.
- Provide program support including property management, requirements reporting, tracking, and computer-based documentation.
- Operate hand or power trucks and motor vehicles to perform warehouse duties, including delivering equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
