About The Position
Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital seeks a Supply Technician for their Surgery department responsible for maintaining and organizing an adequate level of supplies to support department operations. The Supply Technician also works to coordinate supply delivery to all stakeholders that are involved in the daily department operations.
Requirements
- Ability to operate sterilization equipment.
- Ability to perform arithmetic calculations.
- Minimum 6 months working experience in Surgical Services environment that could include the Operating Room or SPD.
- Knowledge of basic surgical instruments and surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and organizing an adequate level of supplies to support department operations.
- Coordinating supply delivery to all stakeholders that are involved in the daily department operations.
